Gin Mule

INGREDIENTS

• 40 ml Wint & Lila Gin.
• 200 ml Indi & Co Organic Ginger Beer.
• Lemon juice.
• Crushed ice.
• Eucalyptus or peppermint leaves.
• Lemon slices.

METHOD

Add ice to the glass, pour in the gin, lemon juice and eucalyptus or mint leaves. Stir a little to mix the flavours, add the ginger beer and garnish with peppermint and lemon.
