Handcrafted elaboration
A unique process
that makes WINT an exclusive gin, and that reproduces a form of distillation that had been forgotten.
Individual Maceration
The botanicals are individually macerated in 16-litre glass demijohns for 6 weeks.
Bain-marie Distillation
The maceration is poured into the still head, but not directly, which would alter the flavours, but in a bain-marie.
Distillation in pot stills
Instead of distilling together, each maceration is distilled individually in pot stills with their own personality, at the discretion of the Master Distiller of each still.
Pure essences
We only use the essences obtained in the “body” of the still, with an alcohol content of 60-70% vol. Our process preserves the purest aromas.
Coupage
Finally, we blend the distillations of the botanicals, water purified by reverse osmosis and 5-distillations grain alcohol. A quality product that does not even give a hangover.
